Adams Integra Clients shortlisted for Housing Awards

Two extra-care housing schemes for Adams Integra client Rapport Housing and Care (a small RP/registered charity) have been shortlisted for Inside Housing Development Awards 2019.

Lawson House in Larkfield and Rosewell House in Tonbridge (both based in Kent) are schemes where Adams Integra led on development project management and advised on lettings and sales of shared ownership. These developments were shortlisted for 'best older people's housing development (50+) homes'; Rosewell was also shorlisted for best affordable housing development (rural or sub-urban) and Lawson for best affordable housing development (urban).

Sadly neither scheme won, however AI has helped kickstart and deliver Rapport's ambitious development programme since 2014, from being a provider of 'care with housing' to one of 'housing with care'.
