New money for affordable homes released

The government have recently published an article on their website stating that £7 billion has been unlocked in an expansion of their affordable housing programme.

Their article stipulates that this could deliver more than 200,000 homes, in response to the housing needs of the country, and will open up the housing market to younger people and provide decent affordable homes for rent for those who cannot afford to buy.
