Viability assessment - new case study

Adams Integra have recently completed a viability assessment report for Wycombe District Council. This report is an update of a previous report done in 2014 and is a whole plan viability assessment in line with NPPF/NPPG requirements. It considers the viability of a number of development scenarios, using both notional and proposed strategic sites.

Our findings were presented clearly in labelled appendices with accompanying graphs. As a result of our appraisal work we concluded that the Council should maintain its current policy requirements for affordable housing and increase the proposed requirement of affordable housing on urban residential intensification sites to 20%.
