Small Planning Application Viability Services

Adams Integra are a planning and development consultancy practice with a specialism in viability services.

We assist Councils with reports to support their SHMA conclusions, CIL calculation and affordable housing policies. For a number of clients this has rolled out into site-specific support with applications where a viability services case has been put to the Council to support reduced or no planning gain.

How Adams Integra can help:

You may have a framework of consultants dealing with your major negotiations. We have found though that a number of clients, approximately twelve Councils at the moment including London Borough of Islington, have asked us to assist them on smaller sites.

We have the skills and capacity to undertake more of this work

• We find that simple cases normally need two days work from a team member (we have specialists who are RICS, MCIOB, RTPI and CIH qualified) – a number of our clients recharge applicants for our services.

• We have found that some development management teams have more viability knowledge than others.

• We find that sometimes it is helpful to have a two hour training session with Planning Officers (on a no fee basis) to see if there is scope for us to assist.
