We are an Affordable Housing consultancy who work with Local Authorities, Private Developers and Housing Associations. We specialise in all areas of affordable housing and viability.

The company has provided a wide range of services to Local Authorities, the Housing Association sector and the Development Industry since 1998.

Our consultants have wide-ranging experience within both the public and private sectors, from viability and sustainability to regeneration and related social housing issues.

Our service is tailored to suit the individual client’s needs, and as with each a commitment to delivering at high quality to a timescale prescribed by the client.

Much of our work involves development feasibility and analysis that relates not only to Affordable Housing, but impact on viability. Although we are fluent in the use of ARGUS and HCA DAT software to determine viability, our conclusions are presented in non-technical terminology for all parties to understand, with supporting evidence and diagrams applicable to the nature of the project undertaken.

Introduction to Affordable Housing Viability Assessments
An affordable housing viability assessment is undertaken as part of the planning process of a new housing development. A viability consultant will review the costs associated with the proposed development and advise the Local Authority the level of affordable housing that can viably be sustained.
